Services

Some of our additional services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated verification system that allows the lenders to enter parameters to be used in selecting which invoices will be chosen for the verification process.
• At Risk report based on a listing provided by the lender. This report provides insight into the exposure of risky customers at the individual client level and entire portfolio level.
• Detect invoice discrepancies from month to month. This would include invoices that have changed invoice or due dates, changes made to the customer #, duplicate invoices, or invoices posted that have a date outside the current month.
• Work with the lender's existing posting system to interface our analysis.
• Extensive back up and storage system that allows retrieval of archived information.
• Training is provided for our products and services, at your location as well as by phone and email.
• General hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. When you call CSI you reach a real person, not an automated voicemail system!
